Agreement

These terms apply to services provided by MT Windows U.S. LLC and to your use of this website. By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to them.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (such as window count, stories, and access). If conditions on site differ materially, we will review the change with you before continuing. Prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Scheduling, weather & cancellations

Service may be rescheduled for weather or safety reasons. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Property access & preparation

Please provide access to an outside water source, unobstructed access to the work areas, and keep windows closed on service day. Pets should be secured while our crew is on site.

Satisfaction

If something isn't right, contact us within 3 days of service and we will return to correct it. Some conditions - including hard water staining, oxidation, scratches, defective seals, and permanent mineral etching - may not fully respond to cleaning; we will tell you when we see them.

Holiday lighting

Holiday lighting packages include installation, maintenance during the season, and takedown unless your written quote says otherwise. Lighting materials remain the property of MT Windows U.S. LLC unless purchased outright.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing. Returned payments and past-due balances may incur additional fees.

Liability

We are licensed and insured, and we take care with every property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, including failing seals, loose trim, or previously damaged screens and glass.
